The Opportunity:

As a Data Engineer, you'll bring your technical and analytical expertise asyou lead a team on projects. You'll provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, andwe'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You'll oversee the work we do and the solutions we deliver for national security. Further yourcareer with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for national security and Defense.

What You'll Work On:

  • Improve, modify, and re-engineer business processes, policies, and procedures for any functional area under consideration or review.

  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task orders or programs supporting information technology, logistics support, program management, or professional management development training.

  • Develop and deliver enterprise data architecture strategies, including data modeling, design, data engineering, and implementation solutions, to meet enterprise-level data architecture challenges.

  • Support the identification of disparate data-sources and data sharing requirements necessary to coordinate data import and exchange with DoD Components, the Intelligence Community, and NDFDAs on a monthly basis.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement artificial Intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML) technologies to improve data management and analysis support.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in data science or data engineering

  • 3+ years of experience designing anddeploying full-stack web services environments, including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience at the OSD or headquarters level

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
