Senior Reporting & Analyst Lead

HF Sinclair is seeking aSenior Reporting & Analyst Lead in Dallas, TX who will be responsibleto lead strategic initiatives across Manufacturing Practices and Innovation; Refining; Turnaround; Business Transformation; Manufacturing, Asset Reliability, and Investment; and other ad hoc business units. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who excels at turning data into actionable insights, managing complex projects, and delivering measurable value back to the business.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and visionary-someone who can craft compelling stories with data to influence decisions and inspire change. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively with senior stakeholders.

• Strategic Project Leadership: Drive enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible outcomes.
• Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Lead the development of sophisticated reporting solutions-descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive-using Power BI and M365 tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase value across supported business segments.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders to define priorities, shape solutions, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful business impact.
• Change Management & Influence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by influencing teams and stakeholders to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a strong record of delivering business value.
• Expertise in Power BI, M365, Planner, Visio, and data visualization.
• Refinery (Oil & Gas) industry experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Strong background in process improvement and change management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

May be responsible for overseeing the work of 2-3 contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals, maintaining quality standards, and fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Office based with travel up to 15% by land and air required.Subject to all weather and varying road conditions. Petroleum refinery and out-of-doors environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, and rotating equipment.
