Staffmark has partnered with a custom commercial cabinetry company in Gastonia, NC, and we are looking for a Custom Cabinet Fabricator to join their diverse team. Pay Rate: $23 - $24/hr.

Schedule: Must be flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, shape, polish, and finish countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble, laminate) to precise specifications.
• Safely operate and maintain fabrication machinery, including bridge saws, CNC machines, routers, and hand tools.
• Inspect materials and completed pieces for accuracy, quality, and visual standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, templates, and layouts to ensure proper fit and design execution.
• Handle and move heavy slabs safely; assist with installation and on-site modifications as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience fabricating custom cabinetry.
• Experience with fabrication tools, measurement instruments, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of countertop materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and solid surfaces.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a teamwork mindset.
• Physically capable of lifting 40-100lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety and proper use of protective equipment and systems.
