KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, FS Capital Markets Transformation to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models, to include AI accelerators to reduce costs
  • Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, conduct gap assessments, and design target state operating models
  • Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
  • Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals
  • Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm
  • MBA from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front-to-back trade flows, leading vendor systems, and/or industry protocols
  • Experience with Python, SQL, data modeling, data analysis and visualizations; experience using or deployment of genAI tools and solutions (for example: MS Co-Pilot, Github, agentic solutions), or assessing commercial feasibility of new AI solutions
  • Solid experience working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of Sales and Trading or Asset Management
  • Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Travel locally onsite 3-4 days per week
