Wednesday 845 AM - 515 PM + Thursday, Friday 845 AM - 615 PM + Saturday 845 AM - 115 PM

Starting Pay is $23.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / DailyPay Available

As a Security Officer - in Cambridge, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote adherence to site policies.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and managing visitor logs as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
