Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and copiers. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed if teams are out on a project in the field. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience
Work Authorization Other Duties * HS diploma/GED required. * A degree in a business related field preferred. * 1-2 years' experience in scheduling and planning in a manufacturing environment required. * Basic MS Office applications, with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis required. * Scheduling software experience preferred. * ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, etc.) experience required. * Proven track record in safety excellence is required. * Adheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization. Notify management immediately of any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or injuries. * Ability to read and interpret work orders. (Expand identify errors and correct) * Process work orders in a timely fashion to meet corporate and customer deadlines * Possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, cooperative attitude, strong attention to detail and can work in a team environment. * Adheres to the company's employee handbook policies and embodies the organization's core values * Complete company compliance and safety training when required. * Ability to work a flexible schedule and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. * Physical requirements for this role include, but are not limited to the following: * Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time while operating a computer with occasional light lifting. * Regular visits to the production facility and engaging with operations team. | |
