Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Employee Inclusion & Community (EIC) will be responsible for shaping a culture of inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety across the Lundbeck US organization. This individual will develop and execute strategies and initiatives that foster inclusive opportunities for all employees, strengthen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and integrate EIC into every aspect of the employee experience. In close partnership with the VP, Chief Compliance Officer & Assoc. General Counsel, the EIC Council, ERGs, people leaders, HR and other stakeholders this role is responsible for identifying opportunities for integrating EIC into all aspects of the US organization and business strategy. They will also work with senior leadership and global counterparts to help ensure that the organization's policies, practices, and programs are aligned with EIC objectives. The Senior Manager, EIC will be responsible for overseeing the EIC Council and ERGs to ensure alignment and maximize impact for the organization. Responsibilities:

The range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Illinois, if selected for this role, and may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000 and eligibility for a 15% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
