Lead the full lease-up, relocation, and re-occupancy process to ensure a smooth rehab project Manage leasing efforts, build rapport with prospects, and guide future residents through their journey at Villas on McQueen Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection to keep operations running smoothly Supervise and support the on-site team, fostering growth, accountability, and excellent resident service Maintain compliance with LIHTC and PBV requirements along with all Fair Housing regulations Partner closely with maintenance leadership to ensure safety, quality, and strong curb appeal throughout the rehab Build connections with residents and cultivate a welcoming, positive community culture
What You Bring
Experience in property management within affordable housing, specifically LIHTC and PBV programs Background in lease-up or rehab projects preferred Strong communication and people skills that help you lead, coach, and support your team A steady, organized approach that helps residents feel supported during relocations and transitions Commitment to exceptional service, teamwork, and compliance Ability to drive for work purposes (valid drivers license, proof of vehicle insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle report)
Compensation & Benefits
