Summary:

This Business Intelligence Developer will focus on supporting MaineHealth's Telehealth & Virtual Care programs, and will deliver operational analytics, develop reports, dashboards, and data solutions that provide actionable insights into program performance, patient engagement, and quality metrics. Working closely with Virtual Care operations and clinical leaders, this position will help optimize workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and enable data-driven decision-making and support the success of innovative care models. Although primarily focused on operational analytics, this role will partner with the strategic analytics team to ensure alignment with broader system goals.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of business intelligence developer or related technical experience required. Three years of experience with a programming language required (MS-SQL preferred). Healthcare experience preferred. Experience working with Business Intelligence software programs preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
