Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Must have an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and the recovery driven service system.
• Understanding of adults with serious mental illness and/or intellectual developmental disability.

Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday

Earn $37.60/hour plus mileage reimbursement

Position Details

Registered Nurse's (RNs) play a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT), serving Berks County. The dual diagnosis team takes a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach dedicated to providing high-quality care and unwavering support for individuals diagnosed with both a mental illness and an intellectual/developmental disability. The nurse will spend their time in the field, directly interacting with consumers in their homes, traveling, and documenting their work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan.
• Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc.
• Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.
