Summary

Chobani is establishing a new architectural practice to shape how our spaces are designed, built, and experienced. We're looking for a Project Manager, Architecture to be a key part of this buildout, working alongside our Senior Director of Architecture to work closely with internal stakeholders and deliver projects with precision and excellence. The role will be responsible for the overall project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and closure of the complete life cycle of architectural initiatives, from business requirements, through executive approval, program execution, and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects for complex projects, including coordinating multiple internal and external team members in various locations and time zones
    and create schedule templates using Microsoft Projects / Smartsheets
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Managetechnical projects through strong planning, project management skills.
  • Follow PMO standards in line with Business Owner and Project Sponsor
  • Prepare impact analysisagainst scope, schedules and budget
  • Ensure all changes are communicated to project stakeholders
  • Create meeting minutes template and capture meeting notes
  • Create templates for ROM budgets to be shared with internal stakeholders
  • Manage project financials in SAP - review of financial invoices and track all POs in SAP, and flag for senior approval
  • Participate in all architectural calls, capturing notes, and track stakeholder tasks in project management tools
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, consultants, architects etc to move projects forward
  • Support Senior Director in reviewing contracts, leases, architectural drawings - highlighting key items for senior leaderreview
  • Maintain clear documentation and project trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliverables
  • Ensure a high standard of detail, discretion, and executional excellence
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a project manager role in construction or architecture
  • Associates Degree required
  • PMP accreditation preferred
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Comply with all Project Management best practices, procedures and processes
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Fluency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, SAP and Bluebeam
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and structural drawings
  • Highly detail-oriented and discreet in handling sensitive information
  • Experience working in in-house architecture teams preferred

Compensation Range: $115,000.00-$172,000.00, plus bonus.
