We are seeking a dynamic and strategically focused Senior Marketing Manager to define and execute the integrated marketing strategies that support the overall aggressive growth plan and strategic direction of the TNC Robotics Venture. This role is accountable for creating and communicating a compelling value story, driving demand, and building a differentiated brand globally. The Senior Marketing Manager defines the TNC Robotics brand and messaging and owns the full customer experience definition (with execution owned by sales enablement). Key Responsibilities

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $129,800 - $201,100 Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
