Job Title: Repair Station Value Stream Leader Duration: Direct Hire Location: Devens, MA 01434 Payrate: $105,000-$115,000 on w2 with full benefits (plus 10% year-end bonus) Shifts: 1ST Notes: Must have Aerospace industry experience. Must have Part 145 experience (14 CFR operations exposure required). Bachelor's degree required. Aftermarket / aerospace repair experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and repair station operations. Leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams. Job Description: Seeking an experienced Repair Station Value Stream Leader to oversee day-to-day activities of FAA Part 145 Repair Station. This role serves as the FAA Accountable Manager, ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the repair station. Role & Responsibilities: Lead daily operations for the Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, CAAC, CAA and DOT requirements. Manage and maintain Repair Station manuals, regulatory documents, and quality systems. Supervise a team of 5 (scheduler + 4 technicians). Support audits, customer communication, and regulatory inspections. Drive Lean initiatives, safety, quality improvements, and operational efficiency. Coordinate production control, supply chain, and workflow across shifts.
