Position Title:  Project Architect
Location:  Middle Tennessee

Position Overview

Multi-discipline design firm in Middle Tennessee is seeking a licensed and experienced Project Architect to join our growing team. The position involves leading design efforts, managing projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, supporting team members, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead and oversee all phases of the architectural process, from schematic design to construction administration and project close-out.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other standard documents standard to the AEC industry.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist other team members to achieve company goals.
• Communicate with and coordinate work with staff, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress and ascertain compliance with contract documents.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited school.
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Auto CAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, construction methods, and design detailing.
