Job Summary:

Join Johns Hopkins Health System as a Program Manager and play a critical role in driving large-scale, system-wide initiatives that support quality improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence. We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive professional who brings strong project and program management experience, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage multiple projects within a program, ensuring all deliverables align with timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Facilitate communication between operational teams, leadership, IT, analytics, and quality improvement departments.

Oversee program governance, quality assurance, and interdependencies between projects.

Track budgets, monitor resource usage, and ensure financial goals are met.

Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and documentation for leadership review.

Support committee and meeting preparation, including agenda creation and follow-up actions.

Drive collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders and maintain program momentum.

Assist with implementation of new processes, capabilities, and system-wide changes that support organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Project Management, or related field required.

Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of program or project management experience.

At least 3 years of experience leading project teams or initiatives.

At least 3 years working with formal project life cycle methodologies and managing project budgets.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage several initiatives at once.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and project management tools.

Ability to compile, coordinate, and present high-quality written and visual materials.

Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Licensure/Certification:

PMP or equivalent program/project management certification strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a typical office environment for extended periods.

May require light lifting (5-30 lbs) and minimal travel (up to 5%).

Additional Information:

This position is classified as Exempt.

Standard schedule: Day Shift, (Full-Time, 40 hours/week).

Occasional extended or irregular hours may be required based on program needs.
