Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic food and beverage location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication to guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and respond to any security-related concerns, embodying our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations at the food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment for employees and guests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to assist with customer inquiries and support overall site operations.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
