Security Professional - Residential Patrol Full-Time

As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol Full-Time in Flushing, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a luxury residential location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the property. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will communicate clearly with individuals onsite, respond to situations as they arise, and represent Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries and directions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and on-site management to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related matters as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
