As a Security Guard - Full-Time Unarmed Patrol - Tech in Richmond, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic tech and media location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any issues that arise at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe for any irregularities within the tech and media environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
• Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with enforcing site policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
