Come Join an Inclusive Team This position is responsible for the day to day transferring of finished goods to RDC or customers, and entering all information and transactions into the computer accurately. A Day in the Life Loading scrap plastic trailers. Loading scrap cardboard onto trailer. Emptying the cardboard baler. Pull and pack raw materials to ship to other sites. Load finished goods and enter transaction on scan gun to ship to RDC. General warehouse duties. Maintain house keeping of warehouse and shipping dock areas. Run floor sweeper as needed. Inspect outside dock areas and clean up any trash or pellets daily. Must submit to pre-employment screening including: employment history verification, background check, physical and drug screening. Shift Schedule: 12 hour shifts.Shift rotates every 30 days from days to nights (6:00AM-6:00PM or 6:00PM-6:00AM).Con-Ops rotation (2 on, 2 off and every other weekend) You Bring This Value High School Diplomas or equivalent, one year forklift driving experience, and forklift certification. Two years general warehousing or manufacturing. Basic computer skills. Good written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds on an intermittent basis. Must be able to tolerate working environment with inside ambient temperatures, including excessive heat and cold. Requires (Near/Far/Color/Depth) vision to drive forklift, identify hazardous material warning labels, work on computer and identify box labels.
