What You'll Do:


Responsible for the development and improvement of Quality Assurance programs, quality plans, process procedures and controls compliant to ISO 9001:2015.Creates, modifies, analyzes and reviews processes using statistical and lean manufacturing techniques; plans and performs product and process audits, creates and implements quality plans with emphasis on new product development, government projects and complex mechanical assemblies, perform contract reviews, and completes other similar duties necessary for effective Quality Assurance.



  • Designs, implements, and monitors quality control processes using statistical and risk management techniques.
  • Analyzes quality data and improves systems to provide corrective and preventative actions.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and apply SOPs, quality standards, and continual improvement initiatives.
  • Interfaces with customers and vendors to resolve quality issues and support contract requirements.
  • Develops and performs lab tests, physical testing, and creates process controls, sketches, jigs, and fixtures as needed.
  • Manages ISO 9001 documentation, conducts internal and external QMS audits, and ensures calibration compliance.
  • Provides training, guidance, and leadership to QA/Lab staff while promoting problem-solving and process improvements.



What We're Looking For:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent broad knowledge of quality, mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Intermediate knowledge of risk management, process control, and continual improvement practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of quality tools and quality systems management.3-5 years of related experience, previous new product development and government/aerospace contract experience preferred.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Eastern Time)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
