As a Director, Professional Services at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an entrepreneurial global organization. You will provide inspiring leadership on multiple dimensions - success is measured from the perspective of the customer, alongside thought leadership and collaborative influence for the practice area. You will be accountable for leading a dedicated team across multiple engagements, collaborating across departments involved in the customer lifecycle.

We are currently hiring out of the following office locations:

  • Cherry Hill, NJ
  • Downers Grove, IL
  • Bethesda, MD

This role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to one of these office locations, even if you plan to request work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

This key position reports to and collaborates with the Vice President of Professional Services to set the strategic direction for the practice area. We're a dedicated, down-to-earth group in an engaging organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

As a Director, Professional Services, you will be responsible for...

  • Supporting client projects either in an advisory role or program level sponsorship on a project.
  • Driving collaboration across the sales, delivery, customer care, managed services and customer success that results in smooth transitions and strong adoption of the solution.
  • Providing sales support for proposal estimates & assumptions, prospect delivery approach reviews and scoping calls, SOW creation and post-sales transitions.
  • Being accountable for practice area project margin, quality, team utilization and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the staffing process for practice projects and collaborating with other practice area leads to ensure overall utilization.
  • Supporting the delivery teams to prevent and manage project escalations and utilizing negotiation and customer management skills to de-escalate situations.
  • Advocating for solution enablement that is the best fit for the customer, while managing complexity within the bounds of operations and solution capabilities.
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Conducting capacity planning against sales forecast to size the team
  • Setting annual plans for service offering and development of new offerings
  • Maintaining a closed loop process from project closeout through methodology improvements to implement improvements focused on profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving collaboration with Product Management to improve solutions based on market feedback

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu).
  • Approximately 10 years' relevant experience providing Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay products and services at a project/program management level in a SaaS or consulting organization.
  • Approximately 5 years' experience leading professional services delivery teams
  • Expert level knowledge in industry standards and functional best practices.
  • Proven experience successfully leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing department-wide strategic plans in support of comprehensive organizational business strategy.
  • Proficient collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional team projects from initial concept through successful delivery.
  • Excellent business acumen, leveraging critical thinking and creativity to solve problems and improve outcomes.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to leverage influence to negotiate and navigate issues effectively, working directly with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment, leveraging inherent initiative, learning aptitude, and drive to innovate.
  • Excellent time management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient experience leveraging MS Office and project management software tools.
  • Ability to travel 25%+ for client meetings, industry conferences, and team collaboration.

Your compensation package upon joining Corcentric will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your relevant professional experience and qualifications: your certifications, training, and educational achievements; your geographic location; and Corcentric business and organizational requirements. It is expected that the base salary for this role will be between $145,000- $175,000, annually, plus eligibility for our annual discretionary bonus program.
