What You'll Do: Manage Orders: Dispatch and track orders to warehouse team members for picking and loading. Documentation & Data: Verify receiving documents, Bills of Lading, and enter data accurately. Cash Handling: Receive payments, issue receipts, and securely manage funds. Scheduling: Coordinate inbound shipments and dock door assignments. Customer Interaction: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for inbound and outbound activities. Problem-Solving: Identify inventory discrepancies, report damages, and assist with freight handling issues. Team Support: Help maintain smooth warehouse operations and provide backup as needed. What You Bring to the Table: High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Experience handling cash and basic computer skills. Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 60 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. regularly. Stand, walk, reach, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in varying temperatures. Wear company-approved safety shoes and PPE as required.
