OVERVIEW: The Operations Manager - Food Warehouse oversees the daily operations of the Modesto Corps food distribution warehouse, ensuring effective management of inventory, logistics, food safety, compliance, and staff supervision. This role ensures the warehouse supports programs and Corps in providing food security services across the community in alignment with The Salvation Army's mission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Education
Bachelors of Logistics /Supply Chain Management (required)
Experience
5+ years of experience in warehouse/operations management, preferably in food distribution or nonprofit sector (preferred)
Minimum two years of experience in social services, case management, or a related field. (preferred) Must have knowledge of community resources, confidentiality practices, and crisis response. (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills are essential. (preferred) Must demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, teamwork. (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
