Job Description Shift: C Shift Shift Premium Amount: $2.00 Pay Rate: $22.00 Perform routine and repetitive duties to assist in set-ups, adjustments, and operations of thermoplasticextruding machinery and related equipment to form film or tubes to meet quality and production requirements. Observe all prescribed or standard safety rules and regulations. Follow instructions to monitor scrap recovery control procedure. Provide assistance required or move and position nip rollers, rewind shafts, and razor cut devices asdirected for proper operation. Monitor continuing operations for proper flow of raw and scrap material. Move completed work as directed and weigh and move to designated storage or other work area. Hook upvacuum pumps to rail cars and monitor operation. Procure materials and resins from receiving areas asrequired. Occasionally perform or assist in minor extruder and/or related recovery equipment, repair, or maintenanceduties as instructed. Perform QA tasks including gauge thickness, smoothness, visual, opacity, dyne level, and any other requiredtests. Must be able to fill in as an A operator as needed.
