Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Springfield, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment for customers and staff. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will make a positive impact each day. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you conduct routine patrols and respond promptly to situations throughout the property. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to resolve issues as they arise within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, observing for any unusual activity and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with crowd management and help to deter theft or disorderly conduct within the retail environment.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and management to address concerns and maintain a welcoming presence for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
