Responsibilities

    Ownership Expertise: Proven ability to identify and engage prospective unit owners or their representatives, introducing them to exclusive programs with confidence and sophistication.
  • Presentation Mastery: Skilled in conducting immersive site inspections and delivering compelling proposals that communicate value and exclusivity.
  • Crisis Management with Poise: Ability to handle emergencies and sensitive interactions calmly and efficiently, ensuring seamless experiences for owners and residents.
  • Luxury Service Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and create a sense of privacy and prestige, delivering a five-star personalized experience.
  • Regulatory & Brand Compliance: Strong understanding of condo association rules, hotel brand standards, and local regulations.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional administrative and communication skills, with a full working knowledge of hotel operations, amenities, and service standards.
  • Sales Performance: Track record of meeting or exceeding ownership acquisition and RMA sales goals.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of ownership programs.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficient in property sales management systems, reporting tools, and account management processes.
  • Networking & Representation: Comfortable representing the brand at revenue strategy meetings, PR and social media calls, and professional association events.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and pivot quickly when needed to maintain momentum and deliver results.


Qualifications

  • Experience that Inspires Confidence: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in sales or owner relations within luxury hospitality or high-end real estate environments.
  • Language of Influence: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with the ability to connect across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Previous experience as a Sales Manager with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Ability to present, influence, and build trust at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strategic Deal Maker: Demonstrated ability to drive the RMA process from concept to close, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Luxury Brand Advocate: Skilled at articulating the distinct advantages of RMA products and services, creating compelling narratives that resonate with affluent buyers.
  • Negotiation & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional listening skills combined with persuasive negotiation and polished presentation capabilities.
