Join our Retail team in Manhattan as a Personal Banker! As a family owned community bank, KS State Bank has been the bank of choice for many in the Manhattan community for over 55 years largely because of the quality customer service provided by our employees. Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients. 

We’re always on the lookout for people that can embrace the ever-changing world of banking in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative way. As a Personal Banker, you will consult with new and existing clients to assess their needs and provide personalized solutions. This includes opening personal and business accounts and cross selling products and services. This position provides an opportunity to learn what happens at a financial institution, while also providing a path for personal and career growth and development.  

We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people and can maintain confidentiality and diplomacy in order to create a positive client experience. Those who enjoy working as a team to make sure that work is completed accurately and efficiently will find themselves in a supportive environment. If you: strive for consistent, quality work; enjoy looking for logical answer; and have the ability to easily accept change, this may be the job for you. Training will be provided. 

Wages start $16 to $18 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
