Oak Street, Platteville, WI Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan is seeking a compassionate and resourceful HUD Service Coordinator to support residents at Jenor Towers located at 75 N. Oak Street in Platteville, WI. This role is designed to promote independence and self-sufficiency for individuals residing in HUD-supported housing. You'll connect tenants with vital community services, organize educational and recreational programming, and help residents maintain their independence for as long as possible. What You'll Do

Bachelor Degree of Hum. Serv. or Related Field (required)
Experience
3 years: 3 years of work experience in a social services setting serving older adults or individuals with disabilities. (preferred)
