Warehouse/Yard Associate - 2nd Shift (1 PM - 9 PM, Mon-Fri) Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM (occasional Saturday overtime) Starting Pay: $22.69/hour CDL Required About the Opportunity Are you looking to start a hands-on career with a company that truly invests in its people? What You'll Do As a Warehouse/Yard Associate, you'll help keep our products moving safely and efficiently so we can continue supporting caregivers and protecting patients around the world. Your day-to-day will include: Working safely and helping create a safe environment for everyone. Picking and processing customer orders accurately using RF scanners. Receiving, moving, and storing materials throughout the warehouse. Spotting and handling damaged goods and repack items. Building pallets and preparing shipments for delivery. Operating forklifts and pallet jacks (manual or electric). Using basic computer systems to complete tasks and solve small tech issues. Keeping your work area clean and organized. Being a positive, respectful team player who lives our TIDI values. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or material handling experience is great, but not required - we'll train you! Ability to read labels, follow directions, and stay organized. Comfortable using a forklift or pallet jack (experience a plus!). Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
