Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developor to join our team on a fully-remote contract basis. This role involves building and maintaining Tableau dashboards for audit KPI tracking. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, integrating data from multiple sources, optimizing dashboard performance, and ensuring accuracy and clarity. The position requires strong Tableau and SQL skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for audit KPI tracking
  • Integrate and transform data from various sources to support reporting needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, visual clarity, and performance across Tableau assets
  • Provide documentation and support for dashboard usage and enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex data models
  • Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
