Junior Marketing Operations Manager

YOUR MISSION
  • Support the development and maintenance of the seasonal marketing calendar and milestone tracker to ensure timely and aligned execution across teams.
  • Coordinate inputs for key meetings and presentations (e.g., milestone reviews, performance recaps, strategic updates).
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring project statuses, timelines, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Support operational workflows and team processes that improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across Marketing, DTC, and Creative functions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze marketing performance data from multiple sources (e.g., campaign results, KPI dashboards, budget trackers).
  • Translate data into clear, concise summaries and visualizations that highlight key insights and actionable opportunities.
  • Help maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools that measure marketing performance and budget tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across budget files, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Assist in project documentation, follow-ups, and communication to keep initiatives on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or misalignments and flag them early to help maintain project momentum.
YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or project coordination (internships included).

  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and follow through on tasks.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800 - $68,905 + Bonus + Benefits Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
