For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Summary:
The Patient Service Coordinator role manages complex scheduling for the practice and is responsible for providing administrative and office support for patients and providers. This position will support the cardiovascular service line (CVSL) needs associated with the Cardiology Fellow's Clinic at MMC. The successful candidate for this role will align and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.

• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
• This position will support the ambulatory P2D Clinic at our flagship MMC hospital

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
