Customer Service Specialist

Middleton, WI | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help us deliver world-class service to our retail and wholesale partners. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations - managing orders, ensuring data accuracy, and building strong relationships that keep our customers delighted and our business running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of customer order fulfillment for assigned accounts - from order entry to delivery - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, and Sales teams to resolve product availability or timing issues.
  • Maintain data integrity in our systems by reviewing and updating customer and product information.
  • Review customer routing guides to align shipping requirements and minimize fines and shortages.
  • Create and publish weekly sales order reports for Sales and Customer partners.
  • Monitor key customer metrics - including service levels, fines, shortages, and zero-touch orders - and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive success and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and care.

What You Bring

  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service or office-based support roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A team-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Previous experience supporting Sales or cross-functional teams preferred.
