Quality Manager Location: Onsite, Time-based Flexible Schedule - Cincinnati, OH About Us: Join CREMER NORTH AMERICA - "Where Global Strength Fuels Local Succes" Global Strength CREMER OLEO, is the oleochemicals division of CREMER, family-owned enterprise, with headquarter based in Hamburg, Germany, dedicated to plant-based raw materials, from glycerin and fatty acids/alcohols to esters, MCT oils, soap base and bioethanol. We combine trading, distribution, contract manufacturing and end-to-end supply-chain services across key markets worldwide. Our customers include leading players in personal care, nutrition, health, and homecare. About the Role: As Quality Manager and a key member of the site leadership team, you'll lead a small team and serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers on all quality matters. Reporting to the Total Quality Senior Manager, you'll drive quality assurance, control, and continuous improvement, ensuring our products consistently meet rigorous standards and client expectations. You'll have the opportunity to shape processes, collaborate across departments, and build strong customer relationships. Limited travel (under 10%) is required. Role Key Responsibilities:
