CREMER OLEO, is the oleochemicals division of CREMER, family-owned enterprise, with headquarter based in Hamburg, Germany, dedicated to plant-based raw materials, from glycerin and fatty acids/alcohols to esters, MCT oils, soap base and bioethanol. We combine trading, distribution, contract manufacturing and end-to-end supply-chain services across key markets worldwide. About the Role:

As Quality Manager and a key member of the site leadership team, you'll lead a small team and serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers on all quality matters. Reporting to the Total Quality Senior Manager, you'll drive quality assurance, control, and continuous improvement, ensuring our products consistently meet rigorous standards and client expectations. You'll have the opportunity to shape processes, collaborate across departments, and build strong customer relationships. Limited travel (under 10%) is required.

Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers and customers regarding quality matters, including conducting investigations, implementing corrective actions, and providing formal communications.
  • Assess new business opportunities to ensure standards align with customer expectations; collaborate to develop and refine processes when necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements at the site.
  • Engage with vendors to uphold the quality of purchased components and address supplier-related issues.
  • Lead the site's change management initiatives and provide expert guidance to support others' projects.
  • Oversee significant nonconformance investigations and offer support to colleagues as required.

Role Key Requirements:

  • B.A or B.S Degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience managing quality control in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
