Requisition ID req34969 Working Title Academics Coordinator - Office of Medical Student Affairs Position Grade 10 Position Summary The Office of Medical Student Affairs is seeking a Coordinator, Academics to join their dynamic student support team. As part of their regular duties, the successful candidate will coordinate all the fourth-year medical student activities including updating creating the Phase III course catalog, creating Dean's Letters (MSPEs), tracking Phase III course grades, providing the students with information and support for the ERAS (Electronic residency application service), VSLO (Visiting Student Learning Opportunities) and NRMP (National Residency Match Program), support UNM MD students in securing Affiliation Agreements for away rotations. The successful incumbent will work closely with the MD Registrar/Manager, Student Success to help with mass course registration and grade entry. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
