About the Role

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for understanding company marketing and executional strategies within assigned channels and conveying these to Account Representatives and Relief Account Sales Representatives. Develop direct reports individually to fully carry out job responsibilities. Work with Key Account Managers to identify account opportunities and solve account level issues. Ensures promotions sold in at the headquarter level are executed in the marketplace focusing at all times on driving sales and margins. Manage and achieve assigned annual operating plan. The Sales Supervisor must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and distribution of our refreshing beverages, innovative customer focused marketing programs and superior customer service. Primary job duties fall into the following categories: 1.) Coaching and mentoring of the Account Representatives; 2.) Conducting store audits to insure monthly key performance indicators are met; 3.) ensure we meet customers' expectations in sales and service by working closely with the operations department. 4) direct sales to the On - Premise, UDS, Third Party, Vending, Schools, Special Events and IBS channels; 5) generate and foster partnerships with specific strategic non-retail customers, as assigned leading to long-term business success. 6) Work closely with Tell Sell Representative executing marketplace initiatives and promotions in tell sell accounts, thereby maximizing brand and package performance. 7) Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution.

What We're Looking For



  1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  2. Minimum five years sales experience and previous supervisory experience or education.
  3. Strong analytical thinking ability and organization skills.
  4. Knowledge of accounting, sales, customer relations techniques, and inventory control methods.
  5. Persuasive and diplomatic communication skills.
  6. High attention to detail.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  8. Professional appearance and attitude.
  9. Ability to concentrate for extended periods in a highly distracting environment.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a competitive and stressful environment.
