TEKsystems is teaming up with a leading client to hire a Desktop Support Technician who's ready to make a real impact. This is more than just a helpdesk role - it's a chance to be the go-to expert, provide white-glove service, and collaborate with high-performing teams across the organization. * * Overview: TEKsystems is partnering with a client to hire a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a solid foundation in desktop support and hardware maintenance. The technician will provide white-glove support onsite, handle escalations from Tier 1 helpdesk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including the NOC and user administration. Responsibilities: * Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows 10 environments * Handle Tier 2 escalations from the helpdesk team * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and deactivation via Active Directory * Collaborate with NOC and user administration teams to resolve technical issues * Deliver white-glove support for onsite users, including hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup * Travel occasionally to the West Bend office for support needs * Resolve tickets remotely when applicable using ServiceNow * Assist with imaging, application support, and Office 365 troubleshooting Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr.
