Description 15% travel to wind and solar sites through US to meet with distributed teams We are seeking an agile-minded change manager to join the Operational Excellence team and support the data transformation project. Responsibilities * Execute change management activities to distributed teams across the US and into Canada * Monitor change adoption via simple data analysis, survey administration, and stakeholder interviews * Develop branding collateral to appeal to key stakeholders and end-users * Author large-scale communications, newsletters, and powerpoint presentations * Identify and communicate potential barriers to adoption * Strategize and enhance foundational change management tools using automation and AI Preferred qualifications * Prosci practitioner certified (ADKAR) * 3-5 years of experience in a communications or change management role * Prior project management experience * Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools * Expert capabilities in Microsoft Powerpoint Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
