ResponsibilitiesSolve problems in distributed and concurrent computing, including cross-datacenter geo-replication, disaster recovery, work distribution, and large-scale data migration.Collaborate in an agile environment, interacting with major Office 365 teams to build cross-service integrations.Partner with stakeholders to define user requirements and incorporate feedback from multiple channels into designs and solutions.Develop extensible, maintainable, and reliable code, applying diagnosability principles and reusing components where applicable.Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring systems for degradation or downtime and restoring service for simple issues.Drive improvements in engineering processes, ensuring quality, managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.Embody Microsoft's Culture and Values in all aspects of work. | |
