Position Overview: Consulting Services Group is seeking a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of a facility in Oahu, HI. This role will provide support, planning, and coordination for teams that include mechanical maintenance, custodial operations, loading dock logistics, interior services, conference support services support, and office space configuration to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment.  Working with the Facility Security Manager, the candidate will support clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security, including alarm response for controlled area program, while possessing thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, eQIP, and NISS.  Responsibilities: 
   Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility related services.Coordinate maintenance contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and quality services.Oversee building and equipment maintenance, including scheduling preventative maintenance and responding to urgent issues.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to create a safe working environment.Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements.Develop and implement emergency response plans for various situations, ensuring the safety of occupants.Liaise with internal departments, management, and stakeholders to understand their facility needs.Assist in developing SOWs, planning, coordination, and oversight of facility buildouts, renovations, and improvements.Serve as the day-to-day project lead for assigned construction and facility projects.Manage vendors, contractors, and professional consultants, which may include pest control, plumbing, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression systems, and all other trade 3rd party vendors associated with building maintenance.Support day-to-day security business operations as a value-added member of the functional support team and maintain a security program to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule), DoD Manual 5205.07, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and program security classification guides.Coordinating and conducting periodic DCSA self-inspections related to the activity, information, system, and conditions of the overall security program, to include the Insider Threat program.Support internal audits, to proactively mitigate vulnerabilities of risk and non-compliance, prior to DCSA Annual Inspection.Escort all non-cleared visitors, personnel, vendors, janitorial/maintenance crews without the appropriate security clearances.Verify access eligibility and provide appropriate levels of access to cleared visitors, uncleared visitors, seated or unseated contractor support, or new/existing employees. Responds to onsite facility emergencies during and outside of normal business hours as required. Coordinate office moves to optimize the use of available space.Qualifications: Required: 
   U.S. citizenship. Sponsorship for employment-based visas (e.g., H-1B, OPT, Green Card) is not available.Minimum 10+ years of experience in facilities management, construction projects, facilities maintenance, including verifying service requests, monitoring facilities maintenance, troubleshooting emergent and non-emergent facilities issues to identify the root cause of problems, and documenting the work progress to completion.Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating an access control and CCTV system.Basic understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and general construction.2+ years' experience in industrial/government security, including direct experience as an FSO/AFSOStrong knowledge of blueprints, architectural terminology, building codes and competitive bid processes.Must be able to work with little to no direction and be able to coordinate and work with management remotely.Ability to build bottoms-up budgets and estimates.Experience working under stressful conditions.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on "get it done" attitude.Experience working in federal, defense, institutional, or public infrastructure construction environments.Must have previous industrial security experience and knowledge of the 32 CFR 117 NISPOM and ICDs.Must have experience with personnel and physical security, document, and visitor control.Active DoD Top Secret clearance required at time of hire.Ability to maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to obtain certifications for warehouse equipment Experience with commercial interior fit-outs, tenant improvements, or multi-site rollouts FSO Certification for Possessing Facility Certificate of Completion from STEPP Work Environment: 
   This is a full-time, on-site position in Oahu, HI. Remote telework is not available.Occasional short-term CONUS travel may be required.Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, normal duty hours but must have the ability to respond on-call for emergency facility issues outside normal business hours (including nights/weekends) as required.Some weekend/holiday or travel may be required depending on mission needs.Physical requirements: Must have the ability to transport or move objects or equipment up to 50 lbs on occasion; frequently uses body positioning (bend, stoop, kneel) to inspect, maintain, or repair equipment.
