As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for visitors, staff, and patients. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter, helping to deter potential security-related issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain detailed logs according to site policies and Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help maintain a secure environment within the healthcare setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
