What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner from the dispatch post.
• Communicate promptly with on-site personnel and emergency responders to coordinate assistance and relay information as required.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of calls, incidents, and dispatch activity according to site protocols.
• Assist in monitoring surveillance systems and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity within the financial institution location.
• Support Allied Universal team members and local staff by providing timely information and updates during incidents and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
