Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Excellence Analyst to join our Digital Sales & Services Technology team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the management, optimization, and user adoption of our Salesforce.com platform, directly supporting our commercial teams across the diverse markets for our PFT North America segment. Leveraging your extensive Salesforce knowledge, you will be instrumental in driving user maturity, delivering trainings, enhancing data quality, and ensuring our CRM system effectively supports sales processes and strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to our commitment to continuous innovation and customer excellence for our PFT North America segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive CRM (Salesforce.com) platform improvements and support enhancement projects specifically for the Precision Technologies business.
  • Create, maintain, and adapt standard Dashboards and Reports within Salesforce.com to meet regional needs; support business units by providing insightful data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver training programs (in relevant languages) for commercial teams on Salesforce.com functionalities and associated sales processes, ensuring compliance and best practice adoption.
  • Maintain Salesforce.com system effectiveness for users by managing day-to-day maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and resolving user-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Translate business needs from stakeholders into clear technical requirements for Salesforce.com enhancements and developments, liaising with central IT or development teams as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives within Salesforce.com for the PFT North America business, assisting with data cleansing, import, and management processes.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience within a Salesforce.com environment, including system administration, generating reports, creating dashboards, and providing user support and insights.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering coaching and training sessions on Salesforce.com to diverse user groups.
  • Strong understanding of core sales processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity management, forecasting) and Salesforce best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven approach and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and business units to achieve objectives.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and coaching abilities; capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to think logically across complex scenarios and data sets.
  • Well-organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects effectively.
  • High desire to learn and grow, showing curiosity and a diligent work ethic.



Preferences:

  • Experience supporting commercial or sales teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, or related automation tools.
  • Multi-language proficiency for training and support delivery.



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

  • This is Remote role with occasional travel (up to 15%) for workshops, project meetings, or team events.



Pay Range:

The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $90,000-110,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
