Part-Time Receptionist

The regular working hours needed for this role are Monday-Friday 4:00pm - 10:00pm. We are looking to hire 2 employees as a job share opportunity. The individual shifts can vary (ie. alternate days of the week). Please provide your availability when applying.

This position will be available year-round, but we will consider applicants who are available for 1 or 2 school semesters.

The Part-Time Receptionist provides evening phone coverage for CME's Residential Lining division. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and submitting timely notifications to the CME Management Team for follow-up on any issues or service-related concerns. The role begins with in-person training and may transition to a remote, work-from-home schedule upon successful completion of training.

• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Record and submit email notifications to the CME Management Team regarding calls or issues requiring follow-up.
• Provide accurate information to customers and internal staff as needed.
• Maintain communication logs and ensure all messages are accurately documented.
• Support CME's commitment to quality customer service and prompt communication.
• Perform additional administrative or communication-related duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

• Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with email and basic computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Evening shift hours from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Initial training conducted in person.
• Option to work remotely after training period, based on performance and business need
