Overview

This is a full-time, remote career opportunity available only within Fulton Bank's 5 state footprint of PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, or DC.

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive sales effectiveness, planning, and strategic growth. This role supports the Company's Sales Enablement and Sales Planning strategies by developing and maintaining advanced reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Salesforce CRM Analytics Studio and Tableau, with a primary focus on empowering frontline sales teams and guiding leadership decisions. By improving data accessibility, consistency, and literacy, this role ensures that leaders and sales teams have the trusted information they need to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

Will be required to attend in-person meetings at Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA 6 times per year.



Responsibilities

    Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards, reports, and datasets. Build scorecards and performance dashboards for frontline sales teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and sales planning processes. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to dashboards and reporting solutions. Document processes, data models, and report logic to ensure scalability and continuity.
  • Consult and partner with line-of-business (LOB) leaders, stakeholders, and internal data teams to define key business questions, performance metrics, and measurement strategies that influence sales planning, strategic direction, and growth.
  • Apply advanced techniques in quantitative analytics, statistical analysis, segmentation, and other forms of data modeling to convert raw data into actionable insights. Translate findings into recommendations that address business questions and inform sales planning activities.
  • Execute the Sales Reporting and Planning Strategy by partnering with leadership to deliver relevant, real-time insights to sales teams. Build and streamline reporting mechanisms to deliver accurate sales information efficiently while maintaining data integrity. Analyze sales results, trends, and projections. Create, maintain, and update organizational sales hierarchy data.
  • Deliver data-driven support for the annual goal-setting and sales planning process, including building timelines, templates, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across budgets, forecasts, and targets. Ensure alignment between planning outputs and corporate budgets.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting platforms. Develop and maintain audit and validation processes to confirm reporting accuracy. Provide timely, accurate deliverables that support LOB initiatives and ensure closed business is reflected correctly in reports.
  • Mentor and coach other analysts in best practices for sourcing, compiling, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources for use in dashboards, reporting, sales planning, and modeling.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: data analytics, information systems, business or related field. (Required)

Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: data analytics, information systems, business or related field. (Preferred)

Experience

5 or more years data analytics, business intelligence, or related field, with demonstrated success in designing and delivering enterprise reporting solutions. (Required)

5 or more years advanced, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics Studio, including dashboard development, dataflows and datasets. (Preferred)

2 or more years banking or financial services industry expericne. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other Salesforce ecosystem tools. (Required)

Pay Transparency

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $79,100.00 - $131,800.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
