What We're Looking For:

A detail-oriented professional to support the administration of workers' compensation claims across multiple properties. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely communication throughout the claims process. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Workers' Compensation Analyst contributes to the integrity of reporting, supports the Return-to-Work program, and helps foster a positive, well-informed experience for team members navigating an unfamiliar process.

What You Will Do:

* Administer all workers' compensation claim activity, including incident reporting, ongoing updates, and case documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

* Maintain OSHA 300 logs and related records to ensure timely, accurate, and fully compliant reporting.

* Track and communicate employee work status, medical restrictions, and treatment progress to support the Return-to-Work program.

* Serve as a liaison between internal departments, insurance carriers, adjusters, and legal representatives to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.

* Coordinate with HR partners to ensure alignment with other regulatory requirements such as ADA and FMLA, supporting a cohesive approach to employee leave and accommodation.

* Review claim data to identify trends, delays, or process gaps, escalating issues as appropriate and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

* Prepare reporting dashboards and summaries that provide leadership with insights into claim status, injury trends, and risk exposure.

Your Experience Includes:

* Demonstrated experience supporting claim administration, compliance documentation, or insurance coordination within a regulated environment.

* Strong ability to track, organize, and analyze data related to claim status, injury types, and workplace incidents.

* Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping requirements and workplace safety documentation standards.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, internal tracking systems, and document management platforms.

* Experience communicating with insurance carriers, adjusters, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders.

* Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole); experience in hospitality, facilities, or service-based industries.
