Then you may be our new Director, Strategy & Transformation This role partners closely with the VP, Strategy & Business Development to lead the transversal strategic and transformation efforts across Vita. The key focus is on the disciplined execution of the Value Creation Initiative (VCI) portfolio and delivery of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) and annual Business Plan (BP). The position ensures strong alignment between strategic priorities, governance cadence, and operational delivery-serving as a backbone for structured execution and performance management across Brands, Markets, and Vita Global Services.
