JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and agile Head of Global Medical Affairs, reporting to the Chief Data Innovation Officer to lead our global medical affairs function. This role is central to leading our medical strategy within the context of BioCryst business priorities, while ensuring seamless execution across field medical, publications, and operational functions. Building on BioCryst's strong foundation, this leader will leverage existing strengths and infrastructure to drive innovation, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional value to the organization. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic insight, creative problem-solving, relentless collaboration, and disciplined execution-fostering scientific excellence, compliance, and meaningful engagement with internal and external stakeholders. #LI-Remote The ideal candidate:
