JOB SUMMARY
The Safety Admin is responsible for record keeping, document preparation and control, presentation development, and special projects. They provide customer service to internal and external customers and share in training and educational functions as directed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • A working knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate's degree in a business or related field; and
  • Three years' experience providing administrative support


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide administrative support for designated safety and office staff
  • Companywide TBT (Toolbox Topic) signature tracking
  • Onboarding Coordination
  • Predictive Solutions Safety inspection tracking
  • Note taking and assistance with incident reviews
  • Special safety related projects
  • Coordination with Safety teams on remote job sites
  • Coordinate conference rooms for daily, weekly, and recurring meetings in a timely manner
  • Assist as directed with office lunches, focus group lunches, FLT and any other special or recurring events- including ordering and cleaning up
  • Attend weekly safety staff meetings- PPE may be required to attend these meetings
  • Cross train to fill in for vacations or illness with other safety positions
  • Train and be available for incident review data entry and meeting notes
  • PPE distribution
  • DB02- data entry
  • Badging- Renewal and ROF's
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
