Henry Ford Health System
United States, Michigan, Detroit
Oct 27, 2025

The Infectious Disease clinic at Henry Ford has a long-standing Ryan White funding which services people living with HIV.

    • 2) The Clairmount Clinic which serves individuals living with or at high risk for Hepatitis C and/or HIV. This clinic operates under a multidisciplinary integrated care model that combines primary care, infectious diseases, medication assisted treatment (MAT) all in a single site. Many patients served by Clairmount experience unstable housing and limited insurance coverage. They are uniquely positioned to serve as a hub for HCV efforts in Detroit, bridging emergency department diagnoses with outpatient care and providing infrastructure to retain patients with treatment through to cure.

  • This is experience includes collaborating with the emergency department, ID clinics (main and Clairmount) and CHASS clinic. It is an experience an NP might not get working at a regular clinic.
